Inbox overhaul, AI assistant config, and iOS catches up

The inbox is now fully manageable, the AI assistant is configurable per organization, the command bar searches contacts, and the iOS app catches up with conversation actions and knowledge stores.
What's new
Inbox
- A new Resolved tab in the sidebar to view closed conversations separately from your active inbox.
- The inbox now defaults to showing only open conversations so resolved ones don't clutter your view.
- Drag to reorder sidebar items — grab the handle that appears on hover and drop to rearrange.
- Resolved conversation count shown in the sidebar.
Command bar
- A new "All" scope is now the default, showing quick actions and messages together in one view.
- Contact search — find customers directly from the command bar.
- Keyboard shortcuts switched to Option+1–5 so they don't conflict with browser tab switching.
- Light and dark theme support for the command bar.
AI assistant
- Configure your AI assistant per organization — set a custom bot name and greeting message.
- Toggle the AI assistant on or off from organization settings.
- Configure agent instructions and personality directly from the settings page.
- Assistant chat now uses a conversational bubble layout with markdown support and a typing indicator.
iOS
- AI assistant with streaming chat, available from the sidebar.
- Knowledge store management — view, create, toggle, and delete knowledge stores from your phone.
- Organization settings — toggle guest submissions and AI assistant, view your API key.
- Assign conversations to team members, resolve, and star directly from the conversation list with swipe actions.
- Smoother navigation between the assistant and conversation views.
Widget
- Improved scrolling behavior — new messages auto-scroll into view and the widget scrolls to the latest on open.
- Rich text formatting in the message input.
